Marina Opatija is located in Icici, near Opatija. Opatija is a holiday resort. It has been a well known health resort since the 19th Century. There are numerous villas, hotels and parks.

Approach: Boats approach from the northeast. There is a long breakwater, with a light on top, protecting the marina.

Open: All year round.

Mooring: The marina has 302 sea berths and 35 storage spaces on land. All berths have water and power supply.

Facilities: Reception, exchange office (bureau de change), restaurant, Cafe, toilets and showers, laundry service, grocery store, chandlery (nautical equipment and supplies), souvenir shop, repair shop, 15 t crane, car parking. The nearest fuel station is in Opatija harbor (2nm) and has a depth of 4m.

Opatija can be quickly and easily reached from all major European cities by car or rail. The Italian border is only 1 hour and the Austrian border 3 hours' drive by car. Opatija is linked to Rijeka by regular bus services. The nearest airports are: Rijeka 40 km (on the Island of Krk), Pula 100 km, Zagreb 180 km and Ljubljana 139 km.

By plane

By train
Via Rijeka, Opatija is connected with every bigger Croatian city as well as that of the neighbouring countries via railway. By ship If travelling to Opatija by ship, you can use any of the ferry lines going to Rijeka, from where you can reach your destination via the Adriatic highway (cca 10 km).
